The draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between Leeton Shire Council and ACEnergy can be viewed on Council's website at www. leeton.nsw.gov.au or between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday from 30 August 2025 until 25 September 2025 at: Leeton Shire Council (23-25 Chelmsford Pl, Leeton) Leeton Shire Library Whitton & Murrami Post Offices (> Yanco Newsagency Council will be conducting a drumMUSTER which is a collection of all empty, cleaned, non- returnable crop protection and animal health containers, metal or plastic over the size of one (1) litre capacity. The next drumMUSTER will be held at the Leeton Landfill & Recycling Centre, located on 732 Corbie Hill Road, Leeton, on Wednesday 10 September 2025 between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm. Bookings must be made for the receival of all drums no later than 4.00pm on Friday, 5 September 2025. To arrange an appointment, please contact the Leeton Landfill & Recycling Centre on (02) 6955 6384. Please ensure all drums delivered are triple-rinsed and lids are removed otherwise drums will not be accepted. Council's Local Heritage Fund assists owners and/ or lessees of heritage significant land/or heritage buildings with funding for projects. Applications are available for work projects involving repair/replacement of heritage façade details, painting external facades, mandatory Building Code of Australia (BCA) works on heritage buildings and installation of sympathetic advertising signage.
