REQUEST FOR TENDER LEETON SHIRE COUNCIL NOTICEBOARD COUNCIL REMINDER COUNCIL REMINDER COUNCIL REMINDER BIOSECURITY WEED MANAGEMENT Tenders close Friday, 30 May 2025 Leeton Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably resourced and qualified Contractors to supply invasive species overseeing, management and control services. The objective is to ensure compliance with the NSW Biosecurity Act 2015 and support the effective implementation of Council's individual weed action plan. Contractors completing the Weeds Tender Booklet will need to supply a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance, along with included WHS questionnaires. If you are interested in submitting a tender, the tender documentation can be obtained from Council's webpage at https://bit.ly/ LSCOpenTenders. Council advises all ratepayers that the Fourth and Final Instalment of Rates for the 2024/25 financial year is due on Saturday, 31 May 2025. To avoid daily interest charges on overdue bills, Council encourages residents to make a point of paying well before the due date.
