The objective is to ensure compliance with the NSW Biosecurity Act 2015 and support the effective implementation of Council's individual weed action plan. Contractors completing the Weeds Tender Booklet will need to supply a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance, along with included WHS questionnaires.
